Distrito Sur

The building has a triangular shape and is made up of 14 levels.

The main facade faces south, adjacent to the Mexico City peripheral road. This being the side with the highest solar incidence, the need arises to protect the end user from the sun.

The client had the objective of eliminating the use of air conditioning, thus maximizing ventilation and natural lighting, achieving a bioclimatic space.
