Bamboo is a tropical wood that, thanks to the heat treatment process it receives, obtains a wood with greater resistance to climatic changes, giving long-term stability and durability. For this reason, heat-treated bamboo can be installed on the façade, deck, pergolas and interior coverings such as walls and ceilings. As part of a natural reaction to the heat treatment process, bamboo ages over time. Losing its original color ending in a gray tone due to oxidation. This change is normal since it is a natural product. Its composition is more than 90% bamboo and does not contain synthetics or wood shavings. In addition, it offers fire resistance according to US standards.
